These are great links. I love reading about food sovereignty and survival. I don't watch the Walking Dead, but I approve their attention to food as a survival need. There was one postapocalyptic show I watched briefly where aliens had taken over Earth and humans were scrabbling to survive. The characters made a risky raid on an old warehouse ... during the green season, with dandelions as far as the eye could see. I laughed until I could hardly breathe. Yeah no, you idiots deserve to get wiped out by aliens.
