Day Eleven: In your own space, ask for recs. Something as simple as "I like XYZ (where XYZ is a kink, a pairing, a trope, etc) - please rec me some."

I'm trying to read more novels with queer protagonists (or prominent secondary characters), that aren't about being queer. Fantasy, sci fi or mystery novels would be ideal. I generally don't like rape/non-con, major character death, hopeless ending, or queer people dying, and would at least like to be warned for such.

If anyone has written fic matching my requests on day seven, that I haven't read, that would be nice.

Tanya Huff, The Enchantment Emporium. I assume the primary and secondary leading ladies are queer because we meet them the day after a threesome with each other and an insignificant male character. The romance plot is entirely heterosexual, though. And I haven't read the sequel, so I don't know about it.

On the flip side, Huff is fannish and it shows.

Speaking of Huff, the Quarters quartet. Invented world where to all appearances literally everyone is bisexual.
