A Chinese Odyssey: Loosely adapted from Journey from the West, it has a great blend of comedy, angst and thought provoking moments. Stephen Chow is brilliant as a comedy actor, and the general cast is good too.
Jurassic Park (1993 film): I watched it in cinema, and I could still remember how impressive it was. The dinosaurs looked real and dangerous, and the action scenes were breathtaking.
The Silent War (2012 film): a spy film which Tony Leung plays a blind piano tuner with extraordinary abilities recruited as a secret agent tasked with stopping an "invisible enemy". It has a decent romance setup and interesting character dynamic between the playful snarky tuner (Tony Leung) and his stoic repressed handler (Zhou Xun)
