It's interesting to note that Nadia is played by Martha Burns, who happens to be married to Paul Gross who plays Fraser.

It's not my favorite episode overall, but it has some good points, too.

I prefer the episodes that Fraser and Ray K deal with more small scale crime, but its commentary about government in general is quite pointed.
