>>Self-care for me is taking a break and doing whatever I want, reading, writing a story, doing a hobby like cross stitching or knitting. Or I'll call a friend, maybe go out to lunch, go outside for a while, drink some tea while watching a show I've been saving. I'm retired now so I'm all about the self-care especially if it doesn't cost a lot.
25 JULY: World Drowning Prevention Day: Do you know how to swim? No, sadly.
