Since this is the start of a new year, this challenge will be e to set your own goals! Of course we can all make large or ambitious goals, remember that small and/or short goals are also good! - Do exercise every day. I'm doing workouts on Darebee because they don't require equipment and are beginners friendly. I try not to stress too much about the length or the level of challenge. It's more important for me to build the habit.
