把笔记本插在背囊最方便取出的边袋，
盛夏的旅行者心怀远方，心猿意马：
他想把他看到的看成他想看到的，
阳光在脊骨缝里闪耀，像一根刺。

在月光下，在江边，晚风夹着柳叶，
把初夏抚弄得如同初春，吐出芬芳的处女；
交通警察用敬礼的右手扶正墨镜
－－对他来说，黑夜可能也是白天。

而城市站在高处，眺望乡村的槐树，
旅行者通过它的眼睛看到自已的根；
他打开三星级宾馆的铝窗，俯视街景
－－对他来说，散心可能也是伤心。

putting the notebook in the backpack's side pocket that's easiest to reach,
The traveller of summer longs for the far away place, with a wandering heart;
He wants to turn what he sees into what he wants to see,
Sunlight shone in the fringe of the spine, like a thorn.

Under the moonlight, by the river, the night wind grips the willow leaf,
teases the mid-summer so much that it's like the early spring, releases fragrant virgins
The traffic cop uses his right for saluting to right his sunglass
------To him, the dark night may as well be the day.

And the city stands high, surveyed the pagoda tress in the village,
The traveller sees his root through its eye;
He opens the aluminum window of the three-star hotel, looking down at the street
------To him, relaxing may as well be hurting
