It's a super rare ship from Transformers: Mirage/Smokescreen
I took some creative liberty with them as they have so little screen time.

The overall topic of the story is about how love can be a curse and a blessing at the same time, especially in war times and with different believes (we have the obligatory good guy/bad guy main-shop which are the main characters in that story)

It sounds amazing! Enemy pairing and lovers with different beliefs sound ripe for delicious conflict and angst.

The two enemies are so conflicted it's a delight to write. They want to see each other but get next to no chance when it us not during a battle where they have to pretend to hate each other.
I can be nice and give them a moment or two but it is so short it does hurt them more than it does any good.

All the daydreams of escaping and hiding somewhere together etc... That's the best to write.


As for the rare pair (both good guys but one is a bit ambiguous) I already try to come up with a scene that is a nod to this quote. I could even name the book it is from since the story takes place in the current time. Something I seldom write since most of my fandoms don't work in modern times. It is a great change and always fun to give nods to songs, show or items that we have right now.

Hands down: from all stories that are still WIPs this one is my favorite to talk about.

I haven't considered Bumblebee/Starscream before, but this is a really great read. You have captured what I like about enemy pairing: the conflict between the mind, duty and heart.

These two are the joy of my life. (What I like the most is that I need to excuse to kil off half of the ship since its canon and I'm usually a writer who does this a lot of times because writing sad stories has always been what I was the best at) I have some other oneshots in different settings as well.

That's true. And it always breaks my heart and yet it is such a nice pain since in cartoon Canon it is only for a while (oh the joys of characters coming back to life) and I love afterlife storylines so much. (omg I need one story with his ghost because these episodes where so funny)

I know of a universe where the other half also dies but I didn't read about it since I want to avoid spoiler as good as possible. Which is ambitious given of how many series there are etc...

This year I came to the conclusion that I can write funny scenes if I just think about it a bit too hard. In general I am a very funny person but I have a weird way of humor not everyone shares, so I have to be careful how to write my humor. Therefore I have avoided that topic in most of my stories.

I wrote this with RPF in mind but it also works very well if we image Tony Stark and Loki. Tony all "Loki, the fuck you're saying"

Don't worry I guess the most obscure RPF I have ever written was a 3Sentence Fill for WWE <- hell I found a silly stupid prompt and wrote the most stupid thing ever :rofl:
It is so stupid that I love it so much and I am still debating if I should post it to AO3 instead of keeping in my 3Sentence Master post
