Episode Summary: Someone attempts to kill Stanley's ex-wife Stella and her date, with Fraser and Stanley saving their lives. She's dating Frank Orsini, an alderman involved in a controversial housing project, with Fraser trying to solve the case while serving as Orsini's bodyguard.

- I have an embarrassment squick, so Ray K's argument with Stella can be painful at times.

- The first episode Fraser's father is largely absent. Then comes the mysterious chainsaw sound and hammers that only Fraser can hear. I wonder if it's connected. 😆
However, Fraser is clearly stressed about it and I don't blame him. It's scary when you can't trust your sense.

- Everyone forgets that Ray K is supposed to be covering Ray V.

- Gentrification and "think of the children" strategy are still sadly relevant.

- Technically Ray K has a reason (bodyguard duty) to excuse/explain following Stella and her new boyfriend to the restaurant, but he doesn't even try.

- Fraser defends Ray to Stella! He slams the car door on Stella's boyfriend for him after rightly pointing out that Stella's love life isn't Ray's business, and Ray knows!.

- Aw for this dialogue:
Fraser: You know, Ray, it's really nice to know you're so concerned for me.

Ray: I wasn't thinking about you, Fraser.

Fraser: Oh no, of course not.

- The parallel between the husband of Stella's ex and Ray K is very obvious: both unwilling to accept no.

- Ray and Stella dance very well. The music is beautiful. However, they are better separated as Stella pointed out.

- When Ray K doesn't take Stella up for a breakfast date, I thought he was going to ease up because he realized that Stella had changed/had hidden side. I was wrong though.

- I really love Elaine, Francesca and Fraser doing detective work.

- I think Stella's scenes in Ray's apartment are intend to be male fan service.

- Aw, Ray takes Stella home instead of Fraser as he has expected.

Fraser very much understands obsession with a person he loves. And, yes, that's very painful to watch when it happens.
