 In a dystopian steampunk society that sanctions compulsory Victorian value, a female guerilla graffiti artist befriends a female tea room owner, who runs it as a front for publication and distribution of anti-government pamphlets. Love grows amid escapes from police raid, late night discussion of politics and dream, and shared comfort. The society condemns their love, but they are willing to take risk for their crime of passion.
