8. The Blue Castle by Lucy Maud Montgomer. A very sweet romance about second chance. I really love how the heroine rebuilds her life after hearing about her presumed fatal condition.

You're the first person I've seen who picked book over song. I have not read this book by her, although I read a couple of her children's stories. I wonder if there is an audio book edition.
