Japanese style is my favorite, too. It used to be Eaglet's, until I learned how to make Thai yellow from paste from the corner oriental market + coconut milk.

Is it Beard day or Bread day? I don't think I've ever seen a Baguette beard, but I do love baguettes as a bread.
