Weekend Cooking: Tapioca Pizza with Caramel Sauce

Ingredients:

1 unbaked pizza crust

Topping:
unspecified Tapioca
40g marshmallow
2 pieces mint leaf
30g shredd cheese

Sauce
30g butter

30g sugar
30g honey
90g milk
1 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Roll your pie crust out into a 12 inch circle and place on your pizza pan.
2. Pre-heat for 8 minutes at 220 degree Celsius
3. Put the sauce, cheese, tapioca and marshmallows on the crust.
4. Bake for 5 min


Sauce Making
1. Melt the sugar, honey and salt in a pot at low heat until it’s light amber or honey-colored
2. Remove from the heat and add milk
3. Stir at low heat.
4. Add butter
