1. What was the last book you read completely? Hauntings / Fantastic Stories by Vernon Lee. Her supernatural stories are atmospheric, engaging and strange.
2. What are you going to read? Wandering inn. (Link here). It's a web novel that the desperate main character runs a tavern mostly for monsters and I saw a positive review.
3. What is your favorite "classic" in 2021? Emma. I love the brilliant use of unreliable narrator and the romance.
4. What book surprised you? Piranesi by Susanna Clarke. I read it without being spoiled, so I am surprised by the plot development. It's a good read anyway.
5. What book disappointed you? I don't remember. I probably gave up in the middle and forgot about their titles.
